The time has come to review your chapter dues amounts for next year, as the 2017 billing period will begin on 1 August 2016. This message contains important information regarding your 2017 ISACA chapter dues.
We are happy to inform you that ISACA International dues will remain US $135 in 2017. The new member processing fee will remain US $30, and will remain discounted to US $10 for individuals who join online. ISACA International dues for full-time students will remain US $25, and dues for retired members will remain US $67.50.
***NEW for 2017! In an effort to further our engagement efforts and membership retention among ISACA student members who recently graduated—and to expand our reach among the recent graduate population overall—ISACA will be offering a new, reduced-rate, Recent Graduate Membership to serve two distinct groups:
1) Existing ISACA student members who recently graduated, and
2) Individuals who are not currently ISACA members but who recently graduated.
Under this new program, ISACA will offer a reduced rate membership of US $68 annually (50% off the regular professional membership dues), plus applicable chapter dues. Recent graduates can take advantage of this offer for up to 2 years after they graduate. (Verification will be required for eligibility.) After two years, these individuals will be billed at the regular membership rate.

Benefits of ISACA Baton Rouge Membership
When you join ISACA, you also are required to join a local Chapter. The Baton Rouge Chapter serves the Baton Rouge, Louisiana. If you have any membership questions, please contact the Membership Director.
The ISACA Baton Rouge Chapter provides a variety of services to benefit its members, including:
Networking Opportunities: The chapter periodically hosts networking socials to give Members opportunities to meet and network with other Members and grow your professional network. View the events section of the chapter events page for upcoming social events.
Chapter Training Discounts: ISACA Baton Rouge Members have the lowest registration fees for chapter events. If you attend just a few events, you can offset most or all of your ISACA membership fee. Training events include lunch and learns, one-day conferences, multi-day seminars, and ISACA exam review courses.
Discounts to 3rd Party Training: Training providers periodically offer discounts to NCAC members. In addition, the ISACA Baton Rouge Board of Directors periodically will negotiate discounts for ISACA Baton Rouge members.
Chapter E-Mail List: The Chapter notifies ISACA Baton Rouge members of chapter news and events via e-mail several times a month. ISACA Baton Rouge members are automatically enrolled in the chapter e-mail list based on the information provided to International. The Chapter also updates the mailing list several times a month to keep information current.
Volunteering Opportunities: As an ISACA Baton Rouge Chapter Member, you have the opportunity to serve your profession and fellow Members as a Chapter Officer, or as a Volunteer. Volunteering provides members with networking opportunities and the ability earn CPE credits.
For Individuals interested in or employed in IT audit, information security risk and IT governance fields, ISACA professional membership equips you with the resources, training and education you need to expand your professional development opportunities.
Academic Advocate membership is for faculty members who teach in functional disciplines such as audit, accounting, information systems, information security, cybersecurity, enterprise governance of IT/MIS, IT risk management and/or Executive Masters programs in Business and specialist Finance degree courses at universities and/or colleges offering one or more degree courses in these areas.
